Hello everyone, I would like to welcome you to my sporting and fitness blog. I am here because I always wanted to have my own sports blog, and I found out how easy it is to start one so here I am!
A little bit about myself; as you can tell, I love sports. I have always loved sports from being a little boy on the farm kicking a ball between any two objects I could find. I tried my hands at; baseball, hockey, football (soccer), American football, rugby, and I dabbled in martial arts for quite a few years. Technically I am trained in four disciplines; Taekwondo, Karate, Judo, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Although I am only belted in Taekwondo and Karate. I also spent a lot of time in the water as a child, and currently I am in the the middle of my lifeguard training.
I’m planning on posting on this blog fairly often; I am going through a stage in my life focusing on my health and fitness so I will use this as a little journal for my journey (that’s where that came from) as well as talking about sporting news and any equipment I like. I hope you like what I offer, and that you come back soon.
